Since 1980, Samuel Chereskin has developed a reputation for serving the individual needs of each client. His considerable experience includes designing and managing a variety of building projects in residential, commercial and healthcare. With thorough knowledge of all facets of design and extensive experience in dealing with governmental bodies, he and his staff focus on attention to detail and quality of work.

Before starting his own firm, Chereskin held the position of project architect with the Chicago firm of designer Bruce Gregga, one of the country’s top interior designers. In 1982 he joined the award winning architectural firm of Louis Rodwell and Associates of Pasadena, specializing in custom homes for Southern California’s elite. In the latter part of his career, Chereskin has focused primarily on healthcare design.
